He's keeping an open mind. He's hoping for 1st or 2nd tier based on strong LSATs. If he stays in Louisiana, he's saying Tulane (at 30K/year :D ) I'm pushing for a JD/MPA joint degree, maybe from someplace like Indiana (which is #3 nationally for MPA programs).
