Man, I have been so TIRED today. I got plenty of sleep; I’m really not sure what the problem is.
Maybe I’m still adjusting to the miniscule time change. I didn’t get a full eight hours a single night last week.
Maybe I need to exercise. (OK, I definitely need to exercise). I’ll be getting back on the treadmill at lunch tomorrow. I hope that helps.
cut yourself some slack. it takes time to recover from jetlag.
but, yes the exercise will help too. i thank you for the reminder.
I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, and plan to do so daily during my lunch break.
Of course, eating almost an entire pan of seven-layer cookies kind of offsets the benefits of exercise. (sigh).
